WOW this place is huge 😯 The market has everything for anyone. If you know what you want you will find it... eventually 😉 There are so many stalls and so much stuff it's truly amazing. Plus massage, pharmacy, bars and food galore. Make sure to give yourself at least a minimum of 4hr to see the bulk of this extensive place. There is also an indoor air conditioned mall too. Try not to get lost 😂 Enjoy 😜

To be honest I accepted it to be one of those places where people kinda force you to buy their stuff, where you have to haggle all the time and where it is noisy and a little bit shady but... It wasn't at all! It is a nice market place, clean and with sellers that are friendly and not pushy. You can have plenty of nice snacks there and and a massage for a very reasonable price.

The market is very big with many local specialties. It’s great for some food and clothing and all the stuff you can think about. I can only give 4 stars of rating due to the pet area.. this is very horrible and I would skip that part for the next time because it makes me sad to see the treatment of all the several pets..Everything else is recommended to visit!

A huge market that is fully open on the weekends. You can find almost everything you want at good prices.Since it is a street market you always have to bargain but be careful not to push too much because some sellers will be angry and refuse to sell you.You can spend here hours without getting bored and I recommend it for tourists who want to buy clothes or souvenirs.They have many exchange offices if you run out of thai currency.

Should you go here in Bangkok? Yes definitely! This is a must place to visit and reach out, scrolling wondering shopping for souvenir, fashions, arts and others.Please plan out what to buy and snap the map 1st because it was very huge and need more than 4 hours to explore. You might be lost and not buy the right items after visit. Yes 1 day visit is needed here.It is a neat arrangement of each section by category, AND THE MOST PRECIOUS was the Toilet got BIDET. Also the sellers are friendly and got affordable price if you're lucky.

Chatuchak Market is a lively and must-visit spot in Bangkok, especially if you’re in town over the weekend when the market is open. So much to see and tasteYou can find anything that a tourist needs. But it’s definitely that: a tourist market. Tourist prices, tourist products. But a good variety of shops and occasional food stands.It’s a fun weekend activity but nothing for neurodivergent people. So many people, different music from all corners and especially three billion different smells. A lot of strong perfumes and room fragrances.You do need to bring cash or connect with lime-pay cause paying with a credit card is almost nowhere possible.

I recently visited Chatuchak Weekend Market, and it was a great experience overall. The market is massive, with a wide variety of stalls selling everything from clothes to souvenirs. The weather is more pleasant, and the whole market has a nice vibe after sunset.One thing to note, though, is that if you're looking to buy clothes, I found prices to be higher compared to markets in Delhi. So, while it's a fun place to explore, you may not always find the best deals on clothing. Overall, it's still worth a visit for the unique items and atmosphere!

Visiting Chatuchak Weekend Market was hands down one of the highlights of my trip to Bangkok! From the moment I stepped in, I was amazed by the sheer size of the place. It's like a never-ending maze of stalls, each one offering something different. I spent hours wandering through the market, and I still feel like I barely scratched the surface. There’s everything from quirky antiques and unique handicrafts to fashionable clothes and accessories. I even found some beautiful home decor pieces that I couldn't resist.The food stalls were another highlight—there's such an incredible variety of Thai dishes to try. I indulged in some delicious pad Thai and couldn't resist the coconut ice cream, which was perfect for the hot day. The atmosphere is vibrant and chaotic in the best way possible. The market was packed with people, which added to the lively energy. However, I won’t lie—the heavy human traffic can be a bit overwhelming at times, especially in the narrower lanes. But for me, that was part of the experience. It felt like I was truly immersed in the local culture, surrounded by both locals and tourists all enjoying the same vibrant atmosphere.Despite the crowds, everyone seemed friendly and relaxed, and I even managed to haggle a bit on prices, which was fun. If you’re visiting Bangkok, you absolutely have to make time for Chatuchak. It's not just a market—it's an adventure. I left with bags full of unique finds and some great memories. Just be prepared for a bit of a squeeze as you navigate through the bustling crowd, but trust me, it's worth it!

The market is hugeeee. You need to aware the signboards that show number of alley that you are walking through. Went around 10am and by 2pm we still couldn’t cover all market.Tips; it is better to settle purchasing souvenirs or your things at here compared to other place/malls. Here is slightly less expensive but can be negotiable if you want to buy only 1 unit. The weather is too hot. Please bring fan and drink water.You can wait for grab/bolt/tuktuk at entrance 23/24.

Visited on my 3rd day after shopping in Sukhumvit and still think it’s worth coming. Spent 3 hours here. Like the souvenirs, local fashion wear, bags and accessories. Souvenir items are cheaper here than in city. Grab pickup is at gate 23. Cash is best mode of payment. Credit card payment accepted but with addition fee usually. Worth visiting!

Seems like the place has recovered quite abit. Really loved the artsy section of the market, loads of unique a d talented artists showcasing their works there which are up for sale. Every now and the there are new things to see and food to eat. Even in this recent trip, we've discovered some hid e food places within the market where locals go to. Definitely worth a visit!

The market is very nice, they have everything you need but you have to search well, and if you like a product I advise you to buy it because the market is big and you may lose the location of the shop. Also don't forget to bargain on prices because when they see you are a tourist they may raise the prices to 3 or 4 times.Good Luck everyone

Always have loved coming here! It’s gotten more touristy over the years but it’s still a must-see. You will find anything you could possibly want - I recommend coming towards the end of your trip so that you can manage your luggage better (if you’re not a local). There’s food, massages, clothes, decoration, trinkets, accessories, etc. So definitely plan a whole afternoon for this and don’t worry about bringing snacks!

Many small shops, easy to get lost so take care to remember where you are. Map doesn’t seem useful, most shops didn’t seem to fit the category listed. Bathrooms are by the entrances and cost 5 baht. Don’t be afraid to walk away if something seems expensive, we saw many similar items at the Mixt mall next door for half the price.

This is an amazing place. You can spend all day here. They have so many good food and amazing shops that offer affordable prices. Be prepared to spend hours wandering the narrow alleyways lined with stalls selling everything. A must visit weekend attraction.
